worked wif mel at shangri la hotel yest n today. well, there's some conference meetings going up these few daes at e hotel so mi n mel were in charge of checking in e ppl. basically the people juz come up to us, verified themselves n we will click on e laptop to find their info n giv them a name badge. tt simple. n throughout e whole day mi n mel will b in charge of registration, together wif another 2 caucasians. all e staff in charge of this meetings are caucasians. mi n mel are e only two chinese staff.. anyway e meeting involves all e different handphone companies from around e world..there's familiar brands like samsung, panasonic, nokia, ericsson, alcatel, japaneses brand ntt, n lots of unfamiliar brands...so all those ppl that i toked to all caucasians, korean, japanese... most of them are pretty friendly..

breakfast n lunch was provided..had some coffee, croissant n choco brownie for breakfast..lunch was a wide spread of food at e ball room. can u imagine tt..mi n mel eating wif all e directors n engineers of diff hp companies of diff countries in e same ballroom.. food was great..was so full..n we kept helping ourselves to the cookies, eclairs, sweets, pastry, coffee, soft drinks in between meals coz nth much to do..haaa... all foc.. e best thing of all is...we r paid $10 per hr..n breaks are paid. wahaha.. n job was easy n so bored to e extent we played wif e business cards n played hangman..haa

aniwae, went shunji matsuo icon wif mel..went to trim our hair..great~ finally got a trim. n i bought e new Anna Sui waterproof mascara..its $39...i prefer to use waterproof mascara so tot i shld giv it a try. shall try it out tml~ =)
