went for NAFA yest

i must say NAFA in poly is tough. n it doesnt help tt i haven exercise for ages. opps.

did pretty bad. i've broke my personal record for the 2.4km run this time. and a bad way dat is. coz this is the slowest i've ever run for NAFA. much much slower in fact. haa.. nvm.. coz i didnt fail.. i have 'Participated' haha

i think i must start excising regularly. juz tt yest of exercise has given me muscle ache in the thighs. serious muscle ache. the worst i've ever got.

darling was reallieee sweet yest. supposed to meet him for dinner. i told him tt im tired and he sponsored me cab to his place.. =) had my bath then he ordered pizza so tt we can dine in n i dun hav to walk much. had hawaiian n meat lovers! yummy! caught e first espisode of the channel 8 show..den darling gave me massage... he has always been good at it. as he's a sportsman, he knows how to give sports massage. i dun even hav to tell him which parts hurts the most. he knows it. the back n shoulder massage was realli nice n relaxing..bt when it come to the thighs..i think i almost died. it hurts like hell when darling massage it.. dats becoz its whr my muscle aches. darling told me he was entitled to free sport massage at e sports council and it always hurts like hell coz he had over exerted his muscle. so hurting is a form of treating..umph... the sweetest thing darling did yest was to piggyback me. all the way from the lift, down the stairs, up the slope to the carpark..den he send me home..piggyback me again from my hse downstairs, didnt put me down in the lift bt still piggyback me right to my doorstep.

darling..u r so sweet! muacks! =)

i love the piggyback ride home...
